1. Symphony Of The Seas


  • The 25th ship in the Royal Caribbean, the Symphony of the Seas fleet is currently the largest cruise ship in the world. 
  • The gigantic cruise ship has a gross registered ton of 228,081 tons, is 238 feet long, and spans 1,188 feet long. 
  • Symphony of the Seas is mentioned as the family's ultimate holiday destination with a daring array of energy-rich, heartbreaking experiences. 
  • The largest cruise ship in the world offers the chance to compete against each other in a glow-in-the-dark laser game adventure, plunge into the Ultimate Abyss - the longest slide at sea with a tower height of 10 floors - or soak up the sun after being steeped in epic water slides and FlowRider surf simulators.

2. Harmony of the Seas


  • Royal Caribbean's Oasis Class ship, Harmony of the Seas, is currently the second-largest cruise ship in the world. 
  • Built by STX France at its Saint-Nazaire shipyard, the third ship in the series, Harmony of the Seas, was delivered in May 2016. 
  • The ship offered seven nights of Western Mediterranean cruises from Barcelona and Civitavecchia and made its first voyage in June last year.

  • Another 362-meter long cruise ship from the Oasis class, the allure of the seas, is third on the list after its sister ship. 
  • The allure of the Seas, built on the STX Europe shipyards in Turku, Finland, is the second Royal Caribbean cruise ship in the Oasis class series. 
  • Before the arrival of Harmony of the Seas, this was the largest passenger ship in service. 
  • The ship has a gross tonnage of 225,282 GT, a height of 72 meters, and a maximum width of 60.5 meters.


4. Oasis of the Seas


  •  The first ship in the Royal Caribbean Oasis-class cruise ship, Oasis of the Seas, was the largest cruise ship when it entered service in 2009. 
  • The ship was ordered in February 2006 and launched in 2008 from STX Europe's Turku Shipyard. 
  • The entry of new class ships to the Royal Caribbean International fleet. 
  • Oasis of the Seas is 361.6 m long, 72 m high above the waterline, and 22.55 m deep, while it has a gross tonnage of 225,282.


5. AIDA Nova

  • AIDAnova by AIDA Cruises is the world's first cruise ship that can be powered by liquefied natural gas (LNG) at sea and in the port. 
  • The AIDAnova has more than 2,600 passenger cabins, with a gross tonnage of approximately 183,900 GT, a length of 337 meters, and a width of 42 meters. 
  • AIDAnova is the first ship of the so-called Helios class that MEYER WERFT is building for the cruise ship AIDA CRUISES.
